Water Reclamation and Reuse System

The product series includes: TXCR-5, TXCR-10 and TXCR-X. 
The TXCR series water reuse equipment primarily utilizes dual-membrane technology to meet the water recycling needs of manufacturing enterprises, achieving water conservation objectives. Through pretreatment plus dual-membrane treatment processes, it processes wastewater generated during production or water treated by sewage systems to produce recycled water that meets tap water standards or can be further purified to fulfill industrial water requirements.

Device Function

n It has both automatic and manual operation modes.Dual operation modes – Supports both automatic and manual control.

n One-touch start – Enables quick system activation with a single button.
n Overpressure protection for 1st high-pressure pump discharge – If the discharge pressure exceeds the set limit, the system shuts down automatically and triggers audible & visual alarms.
n Low-pressure protection for 1st high-pressure pump intake – If insufficient feed water supply causes the inlet pressure to drop below the set value, the system shuts down automatically and activates audible & visual alarms.
n Substandard water quality handling – If the water quality fails to meet requirements, the RO system receives the alarm signal, switches to the reject water line, and discharges non-compliant product water. The touchscreen displays real-time alarm information.
