1. The maximum operating temperature is related to the operating pressure and pH.
2. The maximum operating pressure is related to the temperature and pH of the inlet water. When the inlet water temperature exceeds 35℃ and/or the inlet water pressure exceeds 69 bar, please contact your account manager.
3. The pH limit of continuous operation is related to the inlet water temperature and operating pressure.

How to discriminate the anti-pollution property of organic film?
With the increase of the use time of organic membrane, it is a common phenomenon that organic matter, colloid and microorganisms in water attach to the membrane surface causing membrane fouling, which leads to the adverse consequences such as the reduction of water production flux, the decrease of desalting rate and the rise of operating pressure. Therefore, the anti-pollution property of membrane has been the focus of long-term attention in the academic world.
The surface smoothness of the film is one of the most important indicators of the anti-fouling property of the film. The Pro-FR anti-fouling film adopts a proprietary multilayer film technology (FlG.1), which greatly reduces the surface roughness of the film (FlG.2). The unigue super hydrophilic coating technology (FlG.3) ensures the high salt-cutting performance while greatly improving the hydrophilic and anti-fouling ability of the film surface.
Its advantages over traditional TFN membranes include:Its advantages over traditional TFN membranes include:
The superhydrophilic membrane surface reduces the frequency of chemical cleaning and the use of drugs while extending the service life of the membrane.
Reduced energy consumption, more energy saving under the same water production situation.
The widest pH tolerance range and greatly limit the growth space of microorganisms.
