The client operates in the steel metallurgy industry specializing in color-coated galvanized steel coil production, utilizing pure water and cooling circulation water in their manufacturing processes while generating heavy metal-containing wastewater with COD levels ranging 3000-4000mg/L. Executed as an EPC project, the complete solution covered preliminary standardized design, skid-mounted equipment prefabrication, on-site construction, commissioning and trial operation until wastewater quality met discharge standards, with final handover upon client acceptance after successful compliance verification.
